Do you have a physical store?

No, our company is a mobile showroom. We offer you a personal shopping experience in the comfort of your own home.

Is there a charge to bring samples to our home or office?

There is a $25 fee for the shop at home service to protect against the service being abused if it was free. We at Comfort Carpets are very passionate about our business and our customers and want to protect it. The $25 fee does not apply if a purchase is made from the shop at home service.

Where do you get your products?

All of our products come directly from the manufacturers.

Do all your products come with warranties?

Yes, every product comes with full factory warranties.

How long does it take to get the materials in?

All of our manufacturers have large warehouse that usually have the products in stock, and we usually get them in 2-3 business days. However, depending on availability it can take longer.

Does Shop-At-Home Floors do the installations?

Yes, we do all installations. Our installers are all certified.

Is there an installation guarantee?

Yes, your installation from Comfort Carpets comes with a lifetime guarantee. If there is a problem due to installation, we will fix it at no cost to you.

What if we want to do the installation ourselves or we have our own installers?

We would prefer for our company to do the installation. Our installers are certified to do the job correctly, and prepared to handle any problems that may arise. Note that the manufacturer's warranty may be void if the product is not professionally installed.
